Dear customer,

Shop 39 have created our policy with respect and consideration to you have a safe and secure, peace of mind shopping experience with us.

If for any reason you are not completely pleased with your purchase, we are more than happy to refund you on a period of 14 days from your PURCHASE date. Refund is available on full priced items only!

SHOP 39, reserves the right to not to return or exchange if the conditions described below are not followed! Please, read before purchase!

CLOTHES:

  • The item must be in original condition, if the items appear worn, used, dirty, damaged, washed or laundered, the return policy will not apply!
  • Exchange and Refund applies if: The item doesn’t fit you, if you not satisfied or simply changed your mind.
  • The goods are to be returned to the PO BOX 3942, Robina Town Centre, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia, 4230. Within 14 days from the PURCHASE date;
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Including New Zealand and Australia wide;
  • Goods are to be retuned with proof of purchase to Shop 39 to the mentioned above PO BOX. Also, an email needs to be sent to info@shop39.com.au informing about the exchange or refund. We recommend sending the parcel with a tracking number.
  • Please note that Sale or Markdown items purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The items are in their original condition, meaning that:
    • All tags are still intact.
    • The items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Also, the item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on, even if only tried on
  • After receiving the item in original condition, we will check if the policies have been followed and then issue a refund to you within 5 working days.

JEWELLERY:

  • It is important that the item is in the original condition, if the jewellery appears worn, used, dirty or damaged, the return policy will not apply!
  • For sanitary reasons we do not refund earrings.
  • Please note: Broken jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The jewellery must be returned to PO BOX 3942, Robina Town Centre, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia, 4230. Within 14 days from your PURCHASE Date;
  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Including New Zealand and Australia wide;

All items have been carefully checked before sending to you. Noting this, we know and are fully aware that no faulty items will be sent out from our warehouse. We do our upmost to ensure that your experience with us is unforgettable! At Shop 39 we really look after you! We supply to you fashion to impress!
